CONSENT TO RECEIVE ADVERTISING AND INFORMATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM VR CONCEPT LLC

1. Sender of Communications and OperatorThe sender of communications and personal data operator is VR Concept LLC (the “Operator”), OGRN 1117746903394, INN 7710900640, address: 42 Bolshoy Boulevard, Building 1, Floor 3, Premises 1131, Workplace No. 10, Skolkovo Innovation Center Territory, Moscow, 121205, Russian Federation, email: info@vrconcept.net.
2. Content of CommunicationsThe User gives prior consent to receive advertising and informational communications from the Operator, including information about VR Concept products, demo versions, licences, courses, educational programmes, events, hackathons, accelerators, special offers, discounts, early access, news, updates, invitations and other materials related to the Operator’s activities.
3. Communication ChannelsCommunications may be sent through the following channels, provided that the User has supplied the relevant contact details:
- email;
- telephone calls;
- SMS and other messages sent to the User’s telephone number;
- messaging services, including Telegram;
- other communication channels expressly specified by the User.
4. Personal Data Used for CommunicationsFor the purpose of sending advertising and informational communications, the Operator may process the User’s name, email address, telephone number, Telegram username or other contact identifier, organisation, information about the User’s interest in a product, course, event, discount or other offer, the date, time, source and record of consent, and information about message openings and link clicks where such information is recorded by the communications service used.
5. Communications Service ProvidersFor the purposes described in this Consent, the Operator may use Unisender and other service providers engaged to send communications, record consents, manage subscriptions and opt-outs, and maintain mailing statistics. Personal data may be disclosed or made available to such service providers only to the extent necessary for these purposes and subject to applicable legal requirements.
6. Validity, Withdrawal and Opt-OutThis Consent remains valid until it is withdrawn by the User or until the Operator discontinues the relevant advertising and informational communications.
The User may withdraw this Consent in full or opt out of one or more communication channels at any time by using the unsubscribe or other opt-out mechanism available in a message, or by sending a request to info@vrconcept.net. Upon receipt of an opt-out or withdrawal request, the Operator shall immediately cease sending advertising communications to the User through the relevant communication channel or, where the Consent is withdrawn in full, through all communication channels covered by this Consent.
7. User ConfirmationBy separately selecting the checkbox indicating consent to receive advertising and informational communications, the User confirms that this Consent is specific, clearly defined in scope, informed, consciously given and unambiguous.
8. Procedure for Giving Consent
Consent to receive advertising and informational communications is given by the User through an affirmative action, including by separately selecting the checkbox next to the consent wording. The checkbox must not be pre-selected.
Refusal to consent to advertising and informational communications does not prevent the User from submitting a form or application, requesting a consultation, downloading a product or receiving a substantive response to an enquiry, unless a particular communication is necessary to fulfil the User’s specific request.
9. Recording of Consent
To demonstrate that consent has been obtained, the Operator may record the following information:
- the date and time consent was given;
- the page URL, form, or other source through which consent was obtained;
- the version of this Consent;
- the email address, telephone number, Telegram username or other contact details through which the User agreed to receive communications;
- the IP address and technical data associated with the form submission, where such data are recorded by the system used;
- confirmation that the separate checkbox for consent to advertising and informational communications was selected;
- the date, method and communication channel through which this Consent was withdrawn or the User opted out of communications.
10. Discontinuation of Communications Through a Specific Channel
Upon receipt of an opt-out request relating to a specific communication channel, the Operator shall immediately cease sending advertising communications through that channel. Service communications relating to the fulfilment of an application, performance of a contract, participation in an event or the User’s enquiry may continue to be sent separately, provided that they do not constitute advertising and are necessary for the relevant interaction.
