CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING BY VR CONCEPT LLC

1. OperatorThe personal data operator (the “Operator”) is VR Concept LLC, OGRN 1117746903394, INN 7710900640, address: 42 Bolshoy Boulevard, Building 1, Floor 3, Premises 1131, Workplace No. 10, Skolkovo Innovation Center Territory, Moscow, 121205, Russian Federation, email: info@vrconcept.net.
2. Websites and FormsThis Consent applies when forms are completed and personal data are submitted through the Operator’s websites, pages and landing pages that contain a link to this Consent, including:

- https://en.vrconcept.net/
- https://accelerator.vrconcept.net/
- https://hackathon.vrconcept.net/
If the User follows an external link to a third-party website, platform or service, the processing of personal data by that third party is governed by its own terms and privacy documents.
3. Personal DataThe User consents to the processing of personal data that the User enters in website forms or otherwise provides to the Operator, including:
- surname, first name, patronymic (if applicable) or username;
- organisation name;
- position or role within the organisation, if provided by the User;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- Telegram username or identifier, or another contact identifier;
- educational institution;
- information about the product, product version, project, course, event, discount, early access or consultation in which the User is interested;
- comment, question, project idea or lesson idea;
- technical data associated with form submission and website operation, including IP address, cookies, browser and device information, referral source, and the date and time of form submission.
The Operator does not request special categories of personal data, biometric personal data, passport data, data concerning health or other excessive information through website forms unless such data are expressly required for a specific lawful processing scenario.
4. Purposes of ProcessingPersonal data are processed for the following purposes:
- receiving and processing the User’s request or application;
- providing access to a product, demo version, software distribution package, educational materials, courses or events;
- contacting the User in connection with the User’s enquiry;
- preparing a response, consultation, commercial proposal or product information;
- organising participation in educational projects, hackathons, accelerators, courses and other events;
- maintaining the CRM system and records of communications;
- sending service communications related to the User’s request or application;
- analysing the operation of the websites and forms, where such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable legal requirements;
- complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. Actions Performed with Personal DataThe User consents to the following operations being performed on personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or modification), retrieval, use, transfer (including dissemination, provision and access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, whether by automated means or otherwise.
6. Processing by Third Parties and Transfers of Personal DataFor the purposes specified above, the Operator may engage third parties and service providers to process personal data on its behalf and may transfer personal data to persons supporting the operation of websites, forms, CRM systems, communications, analytics, hosting and technical infrastructure, including Tilda, Bitrix24, Unisender, corporate email service providers, the Telegram bot @vrconceptbot, analytics service providers and other service providers engaged by the Operator for the purposes stated in this Consent and the Personal Data Processing Policy.
Any such processing or transfer is limited to the extent necessary to achieve the relevant purposes and is carried out only where there is a lawful basis and subject to applicable legal requirements.
7. Free-Text Fields in FormsThe User should not enter special categories of personal data, passport data, data concerning health, biometric personal data, information about political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, intimate life, national or racial origin, or any other excessive information not required to review the enquiry, in free-text fields of forms.
The Operator processes information entered by the User in free-text fields only to the extent necessary to review the relevant enquiry, prepare a response, process the request or application, or achieve another stated purpose of processing.
8. Representatives of OrganisationsIf the User acts as a representative of an organisation, the Operator may process information about that organisation, the User’s position or role, business contact details and information about the enquiry for the purposes of business communication, preparing proposals, entering into and performing contracts, organising demonstrations and consultations, educational projects and other interactions with the relevant organisation.
9. MinorsThe Operator’s websites are not intended for minors to independently submit requests or applications without the involvement of their legal representatives where such involvement is required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
If a minor’s personal data are submitted through website forms, the person submitting such data confirms that there is a lawful basis for providing them to the Operator, including the consent of the minor’s legal representative where such consent is required.
Within educational projects, courses, hackathons, accelerators and other events, the Operator may request separate consent from the minor’s legal representative or other evidence that the processing is lawful. If the required lawful basis is absent, the Operator may refuse to process the request or application, restrict participation in the event, cease processing the relevant data or delete them, unless there are other lawful grounds for retaining them.
10. Term of Consent and WithdrawalThis Consent takes effect when it is given and remains valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved, the applicable retention periods have expired, the User withdraws this Consent, or processing is terminated on another ground provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The User may withdraw this Consent by sending a request to info@vrconcept.net. Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the Operator will cease processing the personal data in the manner and within the time limits prescribed by law, unless there is another lawful ground for continuing the processing.
11. Relationship to Consent for Advertising CommunicationsThis Consent to personal data processing does not constitute consent to receive advertising and informational communications. Such communications are sent to the User only where separate consent has been obtained, if such consent is required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Service communications related to a request or application, product download, response to an enquiry, participation in an event or performance of a contract may be sent without separate consent to receive advertising communications, provided that such messages do not constitute advertising and are necessary to process or fulfil the relevant request.
12. User Confirmation and Recording of ConsentBy selecting the separate checkbox next to the consent wording and submitting the form, the User confirms that the User has read this Consent and the Personal Data Processing Policy, understands their contents and consents to the processing of personal data on the terms set out herein.
To demonstrate that consent has been given, the Operator may record the date and time of form submission, the page URL, the name of the form, the version of this Consent and the Personal Data Processing Policy, confirmation that the checkbox was selected, the IP address and other technical data relating to form submission, where such data are recorded by the system used.
